4th annual conference on Modern Technologies in Spa Industry

We cordially invite you to a two-day international conference entitled Modern Technologies in Spa Industry 4.0, which will take place on April 13–14, 2026, at the Imperial Spa in Karlovy Vary.

This year's edition will offer an exceptionally broad professional program that will focus not only on new technologies in rehabilitation, but on the entire spectrum of contemporary spa treatment – from medicine and research, through innovation and education, to socio-economic contexts and the future direction of the field.

Conference programme

The first day of the conference will be devoted primarily to presenting the latest professional outputs of the Spa Research Center project. The program will also include professional discussions focused on the future of spa treatment, its role in the healthcare system, and possibilities for further development based on data, research, and interdisciplinary cooperation.

The second day of the conference will feature presentations by leading experts from the Czech Republic and abroad. Participants can look forward to a wide range of international speakers who will present the latest findings, trends, and examples of good practice in the fields of spa treatment, balneology, rehabilitation, wellness, and preventive medicine.

The conference is intended for experts from the fields of healthcare, spa treatment, research, public administration, and the private sector, and creates a unique space for sharing experiences, establishing cooperation, and professional discussion.
